Welcome back to reality! We hope you enjoyed the holidays and winter break. Now it’s time to get back into the swing of things and one area to focus on Spring sports groups. The coupon books are excellent fundraisers for baseball teams, softball teams, little leagues, recreational sports, school wides, etc. These are great fundraisers for these groups or even to do as a direct sales to help offset registration costs. Some reps don’t feel the need to “push books in the Spring” because they are going to expire soon. WRONG. Remember that the books have a shelf life of 18 months and the app is good for 12 months from the time of activation. There is plenty of time to use the coupons and maximize their savings in these early months of the Spring season.
Continue to go through the books and pick out 4 or 5 coupons that would be useful. Add up the savings and see if it totals or even exceeds the $25 purchase price. Spring sports will continue practice in early January as seasons will begin mid to late February and run until early May.
Not to mention you will have other Spring Activities - prom, banquets, Junior/Senior Dance, graduation, etc. All of those activities need to be funded, too.
Remember it does not take months to use a coupon or several coupons.

Spring Contracts
As you continue to hit the ground running and sign more groups to run this Spring, here are a few reminders regarding Spring ‘23 contracts and the procedures:
* Contracts are located on the website www.IFCsavearound.com under “resources” * Contracts need to be filled out completely & emailed to grouprelations@savearound.com * Please allow 48-72 hours for processing and getting coupon books shipped out. Anything that needs to go out “same day” needs to be submitted by noon eastern time. This is not guaranteed, but chances increase if plenty of time is allowed for the warehouse team to get the shipment out the door. * Ask for the online link (www.sapaynow.com/(group #) and share with your chairperson.

Where do I send it?
Just a quick reminder to send paperwork, contracts, questions, etc. to the Team Mailboxes instead of individual staff members. Team inboxes are generally covered by more than one person and will expedite your requests.

1. Snowflakes have six sides.
2. Snow warms you up. 90-95% trapped air is a great insulator.
3. Snow affects sound.
4. Yodeling will not cause an avalanche.
5. Snow is translucent in color - not actually “white”.
