Vol. 24  (05) | 02/02/2024
4 Months and counting
Where did January go? It came and went super quick. Welcome to February!!! Time is moving through this first quarter of the year at rapid speed and we need to make sure everyone is maximizing their time and efforts.

With basically 120 days (or less) remaining in the Spring Season we encourage you to ask yourself these questions:

  1. Have I contacted all of my potential spring sports to sign or re-sign to run?
  2. Have I incorporated a “Sprint 60 minute sale” into the mix?
  3. Have I reached out to all of my spring music groups to run a spring sale?
  4. Have I contacted all my Junior and Senior classes for spring trips, prom & graduation?
  5. Have I contacted any clubs who have conventions, trips, or other things coming up?

If you answered “yes” to all 5 questions then you are on the right track for a super productive Spring. If you answered “no” to any of these questions - don’t despair. There is still time to make things happen and get groups signed up and kicked off as soon as possible.

If you are in areas that are prone to inclement weather this time of year, make sure you have cell phone numbers and personal email addresses for all of your contacts. Those are critical to have readily available and utilized when schools are closed due to snow, ice, etc.

Keep pushing ahead and remember you are on the downhill slope of the fundraising year!!

Spring 2024 Re-Signs

Everyone is doing a GREAT job getting groups re-signed for this Spring. Please continue to reach out to your groups and get them signed to run this Spring. Be sure to send your contract agreement into grouprelations@savearound.com. Be sure fill out the contract agreement completely including dates, # of sellers, prize information, etc. Obviously, sooner is better as inventory will continue to be depleted and we may or may not reprint depending upon the market and timing.
Where do I send it?

Just a quick reminder to send paperwork, contracts, questions, etc. to the Team Mailboxes instead of individual staff members. Team inboxes are generally covered by more than one person and will expedite your requests.
